Who we are
This website is operated by Nex Habit LLC (“Nex Habit”, “we”), a limited liability company organised in Delaware, 2093 Philadelphia Pike 8077, Claymont, DE 19703, United States. Nex Habit is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect
- Demo and contact requests: your name, work email, company, country, the description of your plants and your message, when you send the form or write to us.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, recorded by our hosting provider whenever the site is visited.
- Language: when you open the homepage, we check whether your IP address belongs to a network in Türkiye, to show the Turkish or the English version. The address is not stored for this purpose. If you switch languages, a cookie named fw_lang remembers your choice. It holds only “en” or “tr”.
This website uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and, if you ask for one, prepare an offer. These are steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b); KVKK Article 5(2)(c)).
- To keep the website secure and running, and to show it in your language. This is our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f); KVKK Article 5(2)(f)). The language cookie is strictly necessary for the language choice you make.
How long we keep it
- Requests: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a contract follows.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
- Language cookie: 12 months on your device, or until you delete it.
Who receives it
Our hosting provider and our email provider process this data on our instructions. We do not sell your data and do not share it with other customers.
International transfers
Nex Habit is established in the United States, and this website is hosted there. Information you send us is therefore processed in the United States. Our email provider may also process it in other countries where it operates. We protect it with technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections and access limited to the people who answer your request.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its use, or object to it. Write to hello@frontwatt.com or to our postal address above.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can complain to your data protection authority. In Türkiye, you can apply to us under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
Changes
When our practices change, we update this notice and the date at the top.
